Legal Question in Family Law in California

Well harassment is a legal term of art. Thus it depends on what they are doing if it qualifies as harassment. I certainly do not know whether or not if it is harassment. Also facts on custody are lacking. I will give a general answer. Child Custody looks to the best interest of the child and California public policy states this generally is for both parents to spend substantial time with the child. This of course is dependent upon the health, safety, and general welfare in the parents care.
