Legal Question in Family Law in California

I'm currently going through a divorce. I have two kids with my soon to be exwife and we have joint custody. I have a house that is in my name but considered joint property. For over a year, I have been paying the mortgage on the house, while my wife is living in it. She refuses to pay the mortgage. Over the past year, she has moved in her family and a new boyfriend, neither one pays the mortgage. I can not and refuse to continue paying for the mortgage but if they can't pay I want them out of the house. What options do I have to remove them and my wife from the house?

File and serve a request for order asking that your wife and the other occupants be removed from the family home due to nonpayment on the mortgage. You may also need to consult with

a landlord tenant attorney about the third parties living there in case you have to do an unlawful detainer action.
