Divorce nullification question

Several years ago I divorced my wife, only to find out that her signature was forged on the divorce papers by her father.

We have decided that we do not want to be divorced, wished we had not done the divorce, and wonder if the fact that it is not my wife's signature on the papers, if that would nullify the proceedings, or if it still stands and we should re-marry.

Your simplest and cheapest approach is to get remarried. Otherwise you would have to go to court and convince a judge that the judgement of divorce should be set aside.
