My ex-husband booked an airline ticket for X-mas without my consent

We did a do-it-yourself divorce in 1996. Our son and I live in MI, my ex in CA. Our son visits him frequently. He e-mailed me on April 6th asking for Christmas this year. We made a verbal agreement a couple of years ago regarding visitation. The only time I requested was X-mas eve and X-mas day. I am christian, he is Iranian - no religion that he admits to. He booked the ticket without my consent because I did not respond to his e-mail. My son told him he did not want to go there for X-mas.

You did not provide enough information. Where was the divorce done? How long have you lived in MI and how long has fathere lived in California. The answer to these question will raise additional question. You should have a consultation with an attorney, preferably in the state and locality where the divorce was done.
