Legal Question in Family Law in California

I f I owed back up child support but this year I been paying on time can I get in any type of plan to pay the back up amount so they wont take my taxes pls help

If the "they" in your question is DCSS ( department of child support services), they may not be able to stop the attachments as long as there are support arrearages. If the money is owed only to the other parent and are not payments that reimburse welfare or other public assistance, you may be able to structure a court order to stop the lien.
