family assets in case of divorce

Dear Sirs,I'm Austrian getting married to a U.S.citizen in CA.I'll bring into the marriage, my assets and money,plus I'll inherit large family estates from my Mum and Uncle later on in life.In case of a divorce without a pre. nup. agreement would she get 50% of everything or just my assets only.Many thanks in advance for your help.
