Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex gave me full legal and sole custody of our son. He has telephonic visitation three times a week and that is it. Can I move out of state without getting into trouble?

Moving the child out-of-state without a specific court order allowing for this arrangement places you in a risky situation where the father could demand by court order the child's return to the home state. Please meet with an experienced family law attorney to explore your legal options and review your current court order.
