My grandson is 8, lives in Colorado he is here in California for vacation. He witnessed "Domestic Violence",

between both parents. This is not the first time, but the worst. His flight leaves of 07/14/2015. He does not want to go back and I don't want him to go back out of concern for his safety. He also has two brothers. What can I do to

Keep him from going b a c without the parent charging me with something? I asked them already for their

Permission and the answer was no., will you please help me with some legal advice?

The safest option is to first start with consulting with an experienced Colorado family law attorney. My sense would be that if the violence is as severe as you suspect, Colorado's version of child protective services should get involved.
