Legal Question in Family Law in California

harassing parent

If there is a restraining over in affect by the wife againist husband both the husband shares custudy of the child, can she harass his family members and his employer?

She always threaten to place the child in foster care if we

do not do as she wants. she never picks the child up the hour she is supposed. she always picks her up a day or

two late. she is always trying to find way for the husband to break the restaingin order when she hasn't done what she is suppose too. should he get a lawyer asap or wait for his

next court hearing to report what she is doing?

Harassment is not acceptable in any form. If one party is not complying with an existing custody order then perhaps the court should be asked to make new orders. You should speak with an attorney. Regards, Damian M. Nolan
