husband embarassing his wife

My husband sent out/emailed our friends and families photographs of me and my ex boyfriend that I was seeing for 2 months. I was told that it is not right for him to do that? Can i sue my husband for embarassing me? He also found those photos by going tru my email,which i thought was private.

You may have an action for invasion of privacy. While some civil claims are actionable in a divorce action, you do not say whether you are seeking a divorce.
