Legal Question in Family Law in California

My husband filed a restraining order on me and also child custody. We had a hearing for child custody and visitation. The judge ordered visitations to him. He has been violating the orders continuously. Since I live in a different county I had files for petitin for child custody and support. It's been over 30days and he has not responded to it. Therefore I have filed the order to show cause. Since he has been violating the temporary orders, can I file for a contempt of court order in my county?

The contempt action needs to be filed under the same case and in the same county where the custody and support orders were made.
