Legal Question in Family Law in California

Income and Expense Declaration

My ex-wife has request and Income and Expense declaration after we attened court. I felt as though her and her attorney were harrassing me. I didn't respond and now I have been served a court hearing date in Sept. My ex-wife is now requesting I pay her attorney fees for fileing these declarations. What are my rights and I feel like I have supplied her with my finances over and over again. She has changed jobs and is traveling all the time. We share joint legal and physical custody of our two sons. Her & her husband have been harrassing my wife and I for about 3 years. I felt like this was to push me away from her choosing to move them to a public school. I have tried to be resonable and I can't afford another attorney and to pay child support. I don't know my legal rights and I feel like every step of the way I am being taken and my kids are paying the price. Please Help me!!

Thanks you!

Re: Income and Expense Declaration

Call the Court and ask for the phone number to free legal aid, which is a private organization that helps out people with no money. You would have to qualify.

If not the only recommendation I have is to get a lawyer to represent you in this matter. Too much is at stake.
