Legal Question in Family Law in California

I live in CA, I have a 10 Ur. Old son w/ my ex wife. When we got divorced, there was a custody arrangement that I was to get my son on Sunday at 10 a.m.- Monday at 6 p.m. She never has gone by these papers in regards to when I see my son. Recently my son lied on me and said he saw my current wife and I in an intimate moment, but it never happened. She took him to a therapist w/o me knowing until after he was getting counseling. Now according to her, he doesn't want to come over or even see me. Because of everything going on, my sons mom went back to the custody agreement where I only get him from 10 a.m. Sunday until 6 p.m. on Monday. She has also been sending really horrible text messages about my character and attacking my wife as well. She wants me to meet with her alone, I told her my wife has to be there, since those events happened and that I won't meet with her alone she's making my life miserable. Do I have any options? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! A.S. in California

This situation requires a return to court to get current court orders on the proper parenting plan. If it's determined that the child's mother is trying to alienate your son from you, then you may have to examine whether not she should keep custody. Please meet with an experienced family law attorney to assist you on this complicated family law matter.
