Legal Question in Family Law in California
Married 20 years, 15 stay at home mom, my husband has locked up all banking information, medical information etc. he closed joint accounts and moved everything to his own personal account, including kids accounts. He stopping paying household bills in my name. I have no information or access to anything. What legal rights do I have and how can I get help with getting him to access information as well as my part of an "equal" marriage. No prenup.

You need a lawyer immediately. What your husband has done is seriously illegal, but you are going to need the help of a lawyer and move quickly on this.
