Can you have your child support legally reduced if your ex wins the lottery?

As you probably already know child support is based upon a statutory formula which goes by the incomes of both parties, and the time each party spends with the child. If your ex has in fact won the lottery, you could go back to Court on an OSC to modify Child Support.
