Legal Question in Family Law in California

How do i regain primary residence of my 12 yo daughter
We have joint physical joint legal dad has obtained physical residence. We were married only one year after she was born . Before and after which she resided with me. She is 12 . Is she old enough to speak for herself in court. She has been miserable since this court decision. There were no grounds for his recieving primary residence. I do not drink/drugs etc go out etc. Have nice home and living situation. I do not understand what happened? What can we do? Also if she refuses to go back to his home can she be forced to go.

you need to have a serious consultation with an attorney. you need to know what the judge was thinking because anything will change.
