remarriage and child support

If i marry a man who has kids and is paying child support , can they touch my income?

My experience has been that as long as the man can show he has income from which child support can be paid, the courts don't take into consideration the new spouse's income.

If he doesn't work, or if he hides his income, then because your income is community property, the courts can look to your income to help pay child support.

yes - because your income will be community property income, absent a valid pre-nuptual agreement
