Re: timeshare

The issue of the timeshare, like everything else, must be decided by the two parties, the husband and the wife. You need to find an attorney who is experienced in creating settlement agreements for divorcing spouses to get this thing figured out. Once the details have been agreed on, the lawyer will submit the Property Settlement Agreement to the Court for the judge's signature.

If you want a framework to figure out your problem, you need to figure out the benefits and the liabilities of this particular asset and expect to share both with your spouse or to balance them with the benefits and liabilities of other assets.
