Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex wife claims that we had an intimate relationship during our separation, and wants the separate date to be 4 years later than the date I moved out of the house. How do I prove that this is not true? Thank you.

The same way you prove anything else in court - with evidence. What that evidence may be in your case is impossible for anyone to tell you over the internet. It may come down to your word against hers, but if you pin her down to when she says you were intimate, and you can prove it impossible, such as she says you were together when you were out of town, that would go a long way to discrediting her story.
