Legal Question in Family Law in California

My wife and I are facing a divorce case in India. My wife was in US for 10 months wherein I had given her a mobile number from T-mobile. The mobile number was a part of my friends family plan where he was the main account holder. I was paying my wife's phone bill for the entire duration. Now I need access to her phone records to give it to my lawyer. My friend is refusing to share my wife's phone records without her consent. My wife will obviously refuse it. T-mobile also refuse to share the details as I don't have my friend's approval. Is it possible to obtain phone records of my wife?

We do not answer questions for people who are already represented by an attorney. If we did we would be violating the State Bar Rules of Professional Conduct. You need to ask your attorney.
