Legal Question in Family Law in California

My wife's attorney did some deceptive things to my wife while representing her in a divorce case. We ended up reconciling and I paid the balance of my wife's bill. I was wondering if I can file for fee arbitration on my behalf even though she was my wife's attorney. She did give my wife the 30 day fee arbitration paperwork but I never agreed to this and would like to file a claim against her. Do I have the ability to do this? It has been over the 30 days. Thanks

You lack standing. Your wife's attorney was adverse to you and owed you no duties. This is up to your wife.
