Wrong Information

Divorce my wife it's been over 1 year and some months. I'm ready to remarry. I don't know much about divorce precedure, but do I surpose to get something stating that the divorce is finally or what? I call the attorney that I had, he told me that I was legally divorce. I went to L.V. and got marryed. Then when I got back in the mail was this dissolution paper from my attorney saying OH! You need to signed these paper and the other side too. Signed them and returned them back to me.

I'm setting on bullets.

Appears a strong letter to your attorney is warranted and possibly mal-practice. Under normal circumstances, a marriage while still married is likely invalid.

You may be able to get the marriage disolved nuc pro tunc, that is entered now as though it had been entered at an earlier time. That should make your current marriage legal. You could get the judgment of dissolution now and then remarry after the judgment is entered.
