We were served with Notice of Case Management Conference over a matter we have been fighting since 2001, what is this?

Re: Case Management

Notice of a court hearing you are required to attend and prepare pleadings for. If you don't know how to effectively handle this proceeding and the litigation in general, you should hire an attorney that does. A case that old has problems that need to be dealt with. If your case is worth 'fighting' and hiring an attorney, feel free to contact me if serious about doing so.

A "case management conference" is a hearing where the parties appear before the judge and advising the judge of the progress of the case. The parties need to file and serve a "case management statement" at least 2 weeks prior to the hearing. You should consult your own attorney to protect your legal rights.
