Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

class action law suit

I was listed in a class action law suit. When the settlement came about some how I was not listed. I found work out of state and was unable to keep up on the case but when I returned this is what happened. Now what?? Yes, I did make a phone call to the attorneys that represented us but they keep telling me''we will get back with you'' and well,you guessed it I haven't heard nothing from them.Please help...

If you have a copy of your retainer agreement, I'd be happy to review it for you. If you were merely a member of the class and the action settled, then you would be entitled to proceeds as a member of the class. I would need to know more information. -Robert
