"who is responsible"??

Your daughter, the driver who wrecked it, and you her parents. If you have insurance that covers your daughter driving your car, it may cover her driving other cars, so turn it over to your insurance company. However, they may seek to decline coverage if they can show this was in the course of the crime committed by the other girl. Good luck.
