deposition...

15 days from date of service..?

Re: subpoena's

If, in a state court case, a request for production of documents is served by mail, the response and responsive documents must be produced within 35 days of the mailing. It's 30 days if the request was served by hand.

As for deposition, unless consumer or employment records are requested, the deposition can be set as early as 10 days after the notice is served. See Code of Civil Procedure section 2025.270. If such records are requested, then it's at least 20 days after the subpoena is issued.
