Legal Question in Health Care Law in California
I recieved my hospital bill and called to set up a payment plan,At this time all i have to give is $150.00 a month.They are telling me that i have to pay $300.00 a month and if i dont they will send me to collections.even though i will be making timely payments of $150.00.Can they do this?

Your bill is due in full now. If they take payments it is as a courtesy. If you can't make the payments, it is all due now.
