Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Hello There. Thank you in advance for taking the time to read this.
My husband is undocumented since his illegal entrance to the US almost 10 years ago. My husband�s brother in law in Mexico is getting a Visa to come to the US and wanted to use our address as the place in which he'll be arriving/living. And now for my question...Will they investigate my family and how we're related to my husband�s brother in law? I'm worried that they can investigate my husband and maybe even deport him.

Your husband is deportable as he has no legal status. I would not put your current address and we do not know exactly what will tip-off Immigration.
