Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

I have an approved visa for entry into the United States. My husband said that I am not allowed to come because he hasn't filed his Federal Income Tax return. Is it true what my husband is telling me? Thank you

Not filing taxes should not be a prohibition on admission into the United States. I do not believe that what your husband is telling you is correct.

However, it would be helpful to know what your husband's current immigration status is, and what type of visa you plan on entering with. Thank you.
