Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Citizenship Denial

I was convicted of a misdemeanor when I was a minor. I sealed my records when I was 18 and I was denied to become a US Citizenship at the interview. What do I do?

If it was a misdemeanor and happened while you were a minor, it should not affect on your ability to naturalize. If you would like a complete review of your case, please contact me.
