Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

My fiancee

i am a us citizen..my fiancee lives in mexico..she applied for a tourist visa..if we were to get married in the united states while she is visiting..will she have to return to mexico??

There is also the possibility that you could apply for a fiance visa for your girlfriend. This would remedy a lot of issues you might face otherwise. If you need help with this i would be happy to discuss this matter with you further.
