Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Film company to sponsor me

I am currently on an F1 visa in the US and have an unpaid internship at a known film company. I was wondering if it would be possible for them to sponsor me so I am able to stay.

It depends on the nature of your position (job title, job duty and salary, etc.). The most common type of work visa is H-1b. If you qualify, you should have your employer file it ASAP(within this week) otherwise the visa number would be gone and you have to wait for next year.

Please go to my firm's website and fill out the H-1B document/information checklist for an initial evaluation.

You can apply for H1b visa, pvisas and others. This year immigration is accepting H1b visa till April 07, 2008...so you need to act quickly. Contact me if you need any help
