Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

immigration through unerage children?

My exwife and I have 2 children aged 4 and 1. Both are US citizens and the 4 year old lives with me in california. Can my exwife file for immigration to the US through her children in some way? If not, what are the other options barring mariage?
