A green card holder (permanent resident) mother can only file for a husband and unmarried children. There will be a several years long wait for a visa number. If you are married with a child, she can petition for you when she becomes a US citizen.

You should consult a lawyer before filing of any petitions.

As a legal permanent resident your mother will not be able to petition for you if you are married. Legal permanent residents can only petition for their spouses and single children. Only the US Citizens can petition for their married children. Once your mother becomes a US Citizen she will be able to petition on your behalf.
