Legal Question in Investment Law in California

website posts information without consent.

there is a site my friend has stumbled upon, and apparently they have many accounts which people aren't aware of. they post numerous pics and information on people without their consent. my friend emailed the owner of the site to ask to have her account removed, and she recieved a response reading:

''you could fuckin kiss my fuckin ass, tryin to demand shit.. get some fuckin manners lil bitch.''

so my question is.. is there anything that can be done? i am aware that there are more than just my friend's account that is currently active on that site without consent. for starters my friends sister, and a handfull of other people i am aware of.

you should retain an attorney and sue for fraud and/or invasion of privacy. feel free to email me directly on how u would like to proceed.
