Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Can my call center employer terminate several employees for performance stats that are out of the person's control (call lenght, issue resolution, customer satisfaction, amount of $$ to fix issue, adherence, etc) and with no coaching or notification of warning, or action plan for the stats being measured.

By the way I have not been terminated, but my company is creating a hostile work environment by threatening such actions against all employees with no action plan for how to fix, or warning if you are one of the representatives that are at risk.

If the employees are "at-will" employees, as most people are, they can be fired with or without cause. No coachings or warning are legally required. From your description, this company is simply a bad company to work for.
