Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I was discharged form my pervious job because of fight i work for long time there. now i am applying for new job but I do not want to give my previous job as a work referance they are not going to say good about me what i should do about this problem?

Be honest. If you lie or are deceptive about your last employer, and it is discovered, you will probably be fired on the spot. If you were there a long time, prospective employers will want to know what you've done with that time. You can choose to lie and get the job on false pretenses or tell them what happened and hope they respect your honesty. If they don't, it probably would not have worked out well anyway.
