Legal Question in Employment Law in California

If I'm dissatisfied with the amount of money that was awarded to me in a labor dispute, I then appeal 1 day past the required causing my case to be dismissed, do I keep the original award I refused to accept in the first place?

Yes. A dismissed appeal leaves the original judgment standing.
