I drive a delivery truck and received a parking ticket ( not left on windshield) the company took $ 100 + out of my check for it, legal?

Maybe. An employer is generally obligated to cover any violations by an employee in the course of the employment, even if the employee is at fault. The exception is intentional violations. You're going to have a hard time claiming that parking illegally was not done with your full knowledge and intention to park there, but you could try.
