Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I am a salaried + Bonus manager. if i do not work 5 days I am docked pay eventhough am scheduled and work more than 13 hour days often. I am in a group health plan and the more $ I make the more that is deducted for benefits. they deduct 17% of bonus every check for a Mgrs pool to pay the bonus, when working double shifts I am not allowed to take breaks, they have not paid me on time often and no interest is ever paid. I need a contingent lawer to help me
