Legal Question in Employment Law in California

My employer has been doing a lot of things that don't seem fair I work for a call enter and we are paid on commission and our hourly wage but I'm really good at my job soo my manager called a meeting w/ myself and 9 of e top performers and told us we were being put into a group chosen to take calls that were gona be from accts that were hard to keep I get paid commission for keeping customers from leaving and now they are going to make it way harder to keep customers by taking these calls and they are not going to pay us any more than the other employees that don't have to take these problematic calls that just seems unfair

It sounds very unfair, but unfortunately there is nothing illegal about it.

Mr. McCormick is right. If you believe that you and your colleagues deserve additional compensation for this, then you need to ask for it.
