I got fired from my job and i cashed out my 401k from there. Does that affect my unemployment claim?

Cashing out your 401k will not affect your eligibility for unemployment because it is not considered income earned while unemployed. The reason for why you were fired might, if the employer can show you were fired for misconduct.
