Legal Question in Employment Law in California

i have a hearing in 12 days and the edd has a lawyer for me to go to court. i have 3 reason from my employer for firing me which this 3 reason is so crazy should i hire another lawyer from outside or stick with lawyer from edd

You need to explain what the hearing is for. Are you sure it is the EDD? Perhaps you are referring to the Labor Commissioner's office on an appeal of an award. Whatever the case, you don't have much time to secure private counsel. You'd better start contacting attorneys in your area today.
