Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Labor laws

My job has me working an 8 hour shift without any breaks. They have been sued for this in the past and have required breaks but they continue to work me 8 hr shifts alone and it can be so busy you don't even get enough time to one self to use the restroom without locking up the business to do so.

Hello. Indeed, it sounds like a labor code violation that would be actionable in court. I am in your area, so if you would like to discuss this further, feel free to contact me directly.

Thanks.
