Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I live in California and I work in a restaurant that makes me work 7 hours and does not give me a rest break but one lunch is it legal?

You are entitled to a 10 minute rest break for every 4 hours worked and a half-hour meal break if you work more than 5 hours, unless the meal break is waived and you work no more than 6 hours.

No, for a seven hour shift they must give you at least a 1/2 hour meal break and two ten minute rest breaks.
