Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Principal Harassment of Teachers

I am a teacher in a California middle school who has discovered that the

assisstant principal has recruited informers in all my classes who tell her

everything that goes on in my classroom. Several students have confessed to me

that this is true. She has used certain information to convince the principal to

write several letters of reprimand which are now in my file.

Is this action legally considered harassment? Should I contact the union

attorney? Do you have any other advice?
