Proper Overtime Pay

I work 12 hour shifts (7pm-7am) my schedule is week 1 Mon,Tues,Fr,Sat,Sun then week 2

Wed,Thurs. I am currently receiving 70 hours regular pay and 14 hours OT. Is this the correct amount of hours of OT pay per CA law and why?

(My pay period begins on Thurs and ends Wed biweekly if that's a factor)

It looks like you should be receiving 28 hours of overtime -- 4 hours each day, although I would want to know all of the facts.
