What notices are required to be given in California upon the termination of an employee? Company less than 20 employees.

There are various requirements such as the WARN act, which is fairly specific in its application. However, your question is lacking much of the detail required to answer your question. I would suggest that you contact an employment lawyer to discuss your matter.
