Talent Agency Contract

What kind of modifications need to be made to a contract between an artist and an agency if the artist is a minor?

Parent and/or Guardian Approval for one.

Working with minors is a bit tricky, the agreement must also comply with child labor laws (in addition to the standard ones for the rest of us poor shlubs).

Not sure which side of this contract you're on...but both sides should have legal representation. Items to consider can include licensing rights, rebroadcast rights, transfer to different mediums, in addition to a possible change in rights once the minor reaches the age of majority.
