Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Hello, I currently work at a local computer repair shop. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 to 6;30 PM with no overtime(I am asked to stay after 6:30PM sometimes but owner does not pay OT so I politely decline)Owner often calls me on my cellphone asking for some job related question after 6:30 pm, sometime yelling, sometimes, at 9PM.

Last nite, I had a call from him at 12AM but did not answer. Then he sent me several text messages asking some question which I did not understand. I fell that I'm being harassed by him. This has going on for more than three months now. Any legal advices? Thank you in advance.

Some cell phones have the ability to block phone numbers. Use it after you're done working for the day. Any work beyond normal hours is overtime. You might talk with a State Dept. of Industrial Relations representative about making an overtime claim and receiving penalties for having not received OT pay for three months. See http://www.dir.ca.gov/dlse/faq_overtime.htm .
